Artist Statement

Hi, my name is Izzy. Most of my pictures are pretty random. This semester I tried to use nature in most of my shots. I really liked to get to go outside because of the fresh air and to get better lighting for my pictures.

I don't have a specific style of photography that I used to take my pictures. I didn't ever really have access to a car, so I mostly just took pictures of my yard, and many of them feature my younger brother.

Typically photography is not my go-to art. I rather write a story or do some sort of craft. But I really liked this class and I would definitely recommend it to others. I learned so many things about photography that I never would have explored without this class.
